Owner to owner — how?
Three steps between a real unit and a deal with no broker
The owner gets verified
One mobile number plus proof of control of the unit (a bill, or a GPS-stamped field visit). No ID card — and a ceiling of 5 active listings per number, so brokers can't operate at volume.
The listing gets reviewed
Real photos plus a walkthrough video of the unit, and a review before it goes live. What you see is what you'll find.
Contact, safely
Chat inside the platform without handing your number to anyone — and if a buyer does ask for it, you're notified that they saw it. Browsing and contact are always free for the buyer.
Frequently asked questions
- Are the listers real owners?
- Every listing is reviewed before it goes live, and the lister attaches a document showing the unit is in their possession — an electricity or gas bill, or the unit's page in the contract. Those documents are private and never shown to buyers.
- Do buyers pay any commission or fees?
- No. Browsing, filtering, and contacting owners are free for buyers and tenants — no commission, no fees, now and always.
- What does “real price” mean?
- The price you see is the owner's own asking price — not a bait figure to attract messages. Every listing is reviewed before publishing, and a reported bait price gets the listing re-reviewed and removed if confirmed.
- How do I contact the owner?
- Through an in-platform chat, without sharing your phone number. Your number never appears in a listing, and the conversation starts with both sides' identities masked.
- Is listing free for sellers and landlords?
- Yes. Adding a listing and publishing it after review is free, and we take no commission from sellers or landlords.
- What is an off-plan transfer (التنازل)?
- Selling a unit before handover by transferring its contract from the first buyer to a new one. We desk-review the reservation contract and documents before an off-plan listing goes live, and the figure shown is the transfer consideration — not the unit's full price.
